The aivqc.com website uses no analytics, advertising or profiling. We process only the data you enter in the contact form, plus the technical minimum required to run the site securely.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Dawid Oleśko, 19a, 95-030, Konstantyna, Poland, operating the aivqc.com website. For any matter concerning personal data, write to privacy@aivqc.com.

No data protection officer has been appointed — data protection duties are handled directly by the controller.

What data we collect

The scope of data depends on what you enter in the contact form. The form requires a company name, an e-mail address and a description of your case. Providing your name and phone number is optional.

  • Company name — required
  • E-mail address — required, used to reply to you
  • Message: product, defect and current inspection method — required
  • Full name — optional
  • Phone number — optional

Additionally, when the form is submitted, your IP address is passed to Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish a human from a bot. We do not store the IP address or link it to the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We process form data solely to answer your enquiry and make an initial assessment of whether the described case qualifies for a pilot.

  • Replying to your enquiry and further correspondence — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (the consent given in the form)
  • Keeping the site secure and preventing spam — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller)
  • Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address and a description of your case we will not be able to reply.

Recipients of the data

We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing purposes. Data may be entrusted only to providers operating the site infrastructure:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery and Turnstile anti-spam protection
  • E-mail service provider — delivery of the message sent from the form and subsequent correspondence

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep the data

Messages from the form are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and conduct correspondence, and then for the following period: 24 miesiące od ostatniego kontaktu. If the matter leads to a contract, data is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.

You may ask for earlier deletion of the correspondence at any time, unless this conflicts with a statutory record-keeping obligation.

Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy of it
  • rectify inaccurate data or complete incomplete data
  • erase your data (the "right to be forgotten")
  • restrict processing
  • transfer your data to another controller
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@aivqc.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no cookies for analytics or advertising. We only use mechanisms required for the site to work:

  • aivqc_locale — a cookie remembering your chosen language, valid for 12 months
  • aivqc-product-status-understood — a browser session-storage entry that stops the product status notice from reappearing within the same session
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — technical mechanisms required for anti-spam verification when the form is submitted

Data stored in your browser stays on your device and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

What we do not do

The site uses no analytics tools, tracking pixels or advertising networks. We do not carry out profiling and do not make solely automated decisions about you that would produce legal effects.

Changes to this policy

If the scope of processed data or the list of tools we use changes, we will update this page and change the last-updated date shown above.
