Checking the current version…

VERIFICATION

Check the file before installing.

Compare the downloaded file's SHA-256 checksum with the value on this page or in the release's SHA256SUMS file.

Windows (PowerShell)

In the folder with the downloaded installer:

Get-FileHash .\AIVQC-*-setup.exe -Algorithm SHA256

Linux

With the SHA256SUMS file in the same folder:

sha256sum -c --ignore-missing SHA256SUMS

Server image

The cosign.pub key is in the Server bundle; the installer does this automatically.

cosign verify --key cosign.pub ghcr.io/thisiswr0ng/aivqc-server:<version>

BEFORE INSTALLING

Good to know.

Licence

The installer asks you to accept the pilot licence agreement (EULA). Downloading does not grant a licence — stations are activated by Server once it is paired with AIVQC.

SmartScreen warning

The Windows installers are not Authenticode-signed yet, so Windows may show a warning. After checking the SHA-256 checksum, choose "More info" → "Run anyway".

One version for the whole installation

Install Trainer, Server and Production from the same release. Production stations are updated through Server afterwards.

AIVQC PILOT

Need a pilot licence?

The downloaded software runs with a pilot licence. Run the pilot yourself from the beta (November 2026) or together with us.

Have a quality engineer and IT staff? Your own team can deploy AIVQC — you pay for a licence, not for integrator hours. Sign up for the beta →
